Free to use for personal and non-commercial purposes — with my written permission and my name next to the frame. Commissioning a shoot is a different thing: that is paid work.
Photographs on this site
Free of charge
I don't charge for the use of the photographs on this site, and I don't sell them.
Not for commercial use
Advertising, resale and any other commercial use of these frames are not covered by the permission I give.
Ask me first
Write to me before you publish a frame anywhere, and wait for my answer. Permission is given in writing, by email, and for that use.
Credit me
My name — Nadia Stelmashuk — next to the photograph.
If you're on social media
Tag me and link to my account when you post — a mention in return for the frame. That is credit, not payment: these frames aren't for sale.
New photographs
Everything above is about the frames already published here. A shoot for your brief is a different matter: the fee and the usage rights — advertising included — are agreed for that particular shoot. The terms are under how we work.
If you need a frame from a weekend that isn't published here, ask — I'll tell you whether I can give it, and on what terms.
